Going into the winter season can be difficult for our bodies. We tend to be outside less due to the colder weather, we are exposed to more germs, and we also see less sunlight. However, there are things we can do to help combat some of these issues. What we put into our bodies affects what we can get out of our bodies. Here are some thoughts to keep in mind as we head into these cold (brrr!) winter months.
